Bob Bancroft – Youth Pastor
Bob and Holly Bancroft have been serving Christ through youth ministry for over 20 years. They have been with PCF for 12 years. They have both worked for and received training from the departments of youth services in Massachusetts and California in youth counseling and crisis management. Bob graduated from Genesis Discipleship Training Center in Santa Rosa, CA in 1993, and was ordained by The Genesis Fellowship the same year. Bob has also been a full-time EMT in the city of Lowell for the last 15 years. Holly has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and home schools their children. Both are members of the AACC. Bob is currently part of Bridgebuilders to Haiti, a ministry of Monadnock Bible Conference in Jaffrey, NH, and he travels to the country of Haiti twice a year. Bob and Holly have been married 21 years. They live in Littleton, MA, and have four teenage children: Bethany, Jacob, Isaac and Josiah.

Ed Marino – Business Administrator
Ed Marino has been the Business Administrator of Pepperell Christian Fellowship since 2001. Prior to that, he worked for many years as an Information System Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation and Compaq Computer Corporation. Ed is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music, with majors in composition and music education, and has taken several courses in accounting at Bentley College. Ed has played guitar most of his life, and has been serving as a worship leader and worship musician at Pepperell Christian Fellowship since he started attending about 15 years ago. Ed and his wife Tricia have been married for 35 years, have a married son and daughter, and three grandchildren, with a fourth on the way.

Stephen Witmer – Pastor
Stephen Witmer grew up in Monson, Maine. He is a graduate of Wheaton College, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and the University of Cambridge (Ph. D. in New Testament) and taught New Testament studies at the University of Cambridge and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary before becoming pastor of Pepperell Christian Fellowship in June of 2008. His prior ministry experience includes serving as an intern under Dr. John Piper at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Stephen married Emma on April 13, 2006; their son Samuel Connor is two, and their daughter Annie Rose was born July 12, 2010.
