Life Groups
Our vision for life groups at PCF is of a multiplying network of geographically-based, gospel-centered, outward-looking home groups, supported by and accountable to the elders and the life group ministry of PCF, and seeking to sustain the life of Christ in their members and bring new life to the communities around them. Joining a small group is one of the best things you can do as a Christian, and our goal is that every member of PCF, in addition to regularly attending church on Sunday morning, will participate in a small group of some kind during the week.
Life Groups usually meet on Wednesday evenings, though if you can’t meet on Wednesday there are other options. Every fourth week the Groups have the week off so that all the leaders can meet together for training and support. Each weekly two hour meeting begins with a time of welcome and fellowship, followed by group study, sharing, and prayer. Groups may sometimes meet early and share a meal together.
A significant emphasis of our life groups is to reach out to the communities in which we live, as we attempt to accomplish the mission of our church, being a Jesus-centered community, speaking gospel words and doing gospel works to display the worth of God to the world.
If you are interested in joining a life group or learning more about life groups at PCF, please call the church office or send us an email.
