Early Easter morning at the Witmer house

Here’s an insight into what life is like with a 19-month old son who usually sleeps very well but sometimes wakes earlier than we would prefer.

Easter Sunday morning, I’m up at 5am to get ready for the Sunrise service. I shower and come back into our room, where Emma is still sleeping.

Me: ‘He is risen!’

Emma (sleepily): ‘Oh no…is Samuel up already?’
